Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join their client's team in California. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in human resources and contribute to a dynamic work environment. The role is temporary, with an expected duration of 1-2 months and requires full-time availability onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the filing system, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Supporting daily HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintaining organized and efficient records to support HR functions.
• Providing assistance in the coordination of HR activities and projects.
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• AA or VA certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR role required; 4+ years preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Max Pay is $21 per hour. Min Pay is $21 per hour.
